Just Beautiful Thangs began as a simple creative outlet during the isolation of COVID. Like many, I was seeking something to bring me joy and focus. I saw people experimenting with polymer clay and thought, "I could do that too." What I didn’t expect was that this small spark of creativity would ignite a passion that has shaped the rest of my life.

During those uncertain times, I struggled deeply with anxiety and depression. I hadn’t started therapy yet, but I found an unexpected source of guidance through tarot. When I first picked up a tarot deck, I was amazed at how the cards seemed to speak to me—not as a psychic tool, but as a mirror for my thoughts, offering insight and reflection. Tarot became a guiding force, helping me find clarity during moments of doubt. It was something I shared with friends, family, and strangers, and I’m excited to offer my tarot services once again.

If this website seems like a collection of many passions, that’s because there’s no single way to define who I am. Spirituality, creativity, and self-discovery have always been complex parts of my life, especially with my family’s complicated relationship with religion and love. But through my own journey of meditation, study, and experience, I’ve created this space where all of these different elements of me can coexist and thrive.

One of the most joyful additions to Just Beautiful Thangs has been pet photography. My love for animals has always been a constant, and capturing their unique personalities through the lens has become one of my favorite creative expressions. Whether it’s a scruffy senior dog, a bouncy puppy, or a cat who clearly runs the household, I’m honored to preserve those little moments of magic that pets bring into our lives.
